The New England Immunology Conference is open to everyone with an interest in immunological research.  Undergraduate students, postdoctoral fellows, interns and even lab technicians are welcome.  One of the goals of the conference is to provide information on a variety of immunological topics and is perfect for budding and seasoned immunologists alike.

What is the cost?

Registration for students (graduate and undergraduate) is $70.

Registration for all others is $90.
Lodging is available at the Swopes Center on a double-occupancy basis for $160.  Meals are included in this price.
Therefore, a student who stays at the Swopes Center will pay $230 total whereas all others are charged $250.

 

A la carte

You may also choose to stay at one of the surrounding motels and only take meals at the conference.  Meals alone are $80.
If you choose neither accommodations at Swopes nor meals, you will pay only for registration.
Please note: In the past, the Swopes has allowed lodging without meals.  That is no longer allowed. 
If you stay at the Swopes Center, you MUST pay for meals as well.

Conference attendees are encouraged to stay at the Swopes dormitory, which is located only a short walk from Lillie Auditorium.
As noted above, Swopes is on a double-occupancy basis for $160, including meals.  You may specify a roommate and we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee you will get the roommate you prefer.
Other local accommodations are available as well, although some may be closed for the winter by October.  Please call ahead.

Woods Hole has several restaurants in addition to meals provided in the Swopes Center.  Please see the Area Restaurants tab on the home page.

Registration and deadlines

To register, click the Registration tab on any web page.  You will be transferred to the registration page.  Please fill out the form and click the "Submit" button.  You will then be taken automatically to the payment page.  We prefer payment on-line through Paypal, although you do not need a Paypal account.  We accept all major credit cards.

The deadline for registration is October 8th.  NO refunds will be issued after this date.

 

Posters

The Poster session, Saturday evening, October 24th, will be held on the second floor of the Swopes Center.  The deadline for abstracts is October 8th, although you are encouraged to send them as soon as possible.  Submit your abstracts as directed here.
