Check-In |
Check-In for the 2009 New England Immunology Conference is Saturday, October 24,
2009, beginning at 9:00am.
All participants must check in at the Swope Center reception
window in the lobby. Identification badges will be issued
there. For those who reserved Saturday night lodging at the
Swope Center, you will receive your keys and room assignments as
well. Parking is available on a grass lot further down Bar
Neck road. Inquire at the Swope registration window for
details.
Registration is completed in the
lobby of the Swopes center where you will receive conference materials.
Posters should be left with Conference personnel at this time.
After registration, walk the short distance to the Lillie
Auditorium for coffee and
refreshments, then proceed the auditorium for the morning
session. |
