Abstracts should be submitted by email to ddaversa@.uchc.edu

Your abstract should be in Word  format using this Abstract form as your template.  A Sample Abstract (one of last year’s Janeway Award Winner) can be viewed here.  You will receive confirmation of your submission by email.

Posters should be no more than 42 inches in width.

Posters may be left with the attendant at the Swopes Center when you check-in.  The poster session will be held Saturday evening on the second floor of the Swopes Center.

The deadline for abstract submission is October 8, 2009.
