The Charles A.
Janeway Memorial Award
Throughout his career, Dr. Charles A. Janeway made immense
contributions to the field of Immunology. He was also a firm
supporter of student education in Immunology and helped organize
and chair past New England Immunology Conferences.
In recognition of his commitment to the training of graduate and
undergraduate students as well as his contributions to NEIC, an
award in his memorial will be given to one of the student
participants who best presents their work during the Saturday
night poster session. Only posters with a student (graduate or
undergraduate) as first author, and presented by the student,
are eligible for the award.
The winner of the Charles Janeway Memorial Award, who will
receive $500, will be announced at the end of the meeting Sunday
morning.
